What happens if my session goes over the scheduled time?2020-06-19T18:32:40-04:00

A one hour session is booked for 55 minutes and your counselor will stick to the 55 minutes. On rare occasions will sessions go over allocated time. In the event a client asks for more time and the time is available, the client will be billed for an additional hour.

What days are opened for scheduling a face-to-face counseling session?2020-06-19T18:31:58-04:00

Scheduling times and days for counseling are never stable due to the change of seasons and would generally depend on the counselor and client’s availability. However, Fridays, Sundays, and Mondays, at this time, are reserved for counseling appointments. Although, hours vary and would need to be determined when scheduling your appointment.

How long does it take to receive a call back, appointment, or follow-up?2020-06-19T18:31:10-04:00

Generally, once the questionnaire has been fully  completed and submitted or a voice message has been left, you can expect to receive a follow-up call within two to three business days to discuss possible next steps. In the event after three business days, you have not received a call back, please call back. The delay is never personal, charge it to our head and not our heart.
